Attend this lecture to learn all about our 21 Days To Better Health Program, including what you will and won’t be eating, how to use the supplements, what to expect during the 21 Days, and more. Once you have attended a lecture (or listened to an audio recording of the lecture), you may purchase the products and begin the program.
Approximately 1 out of every 10 people is sensitive to gluten (found in wheat, other grains and many processed foods). Attend this lecture to find out symptoms associated with gluten sensitivity, how to find out if your health is being adversely affected by gluten, and what to do about it.
There is a lot of confusion about the roles dietary fats play in our supporting health and wellbeing. Come to this lecture to hear our common sense answers to questions such as “What are good fats, what are bad fats?”, “Do fats cause heart disease?”, “I want to lose weight, so I should avoid fats, right?” and more. The answers may surprise you!
Mark this seasonal transition by gathering with other qigong practitioners for a group practice followed by tea. Practice will include warms ups, meditation and the form. Interested friends, newcomers and family members are welcome to join.
Dara Merin, owner of The Sage Table, will prepare four seasonally-inspired recipes, imparting an abundance of techniques and tips for ingredient selection, preparation and cooking, as well as nutritional tips along the way. Participants get to sample the results, of course! $75. Limited to 9 students, so sign up now! (Note: this class takes place off-site at Dara’s kitchen in North Oakland – directions are sent after registration.) Contact Energy Matters to register.
